- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-08-19, by Hh Bhrang up as an emergancy as my cat was ill having been twice in the past month happy. but this time was told as i didnt bring verification of entitlement i was given a form and a week to register but i never received the form and brought in verification but was never asked for. was told they cannot see my pet any longer due to this i had to pay for out of hour vet fees. would not recommend person on phone was no help at all any very robotic.
